LIQUID GOLD



Sometimes all you need for dinner is some liquid gold. We had a great mango that had ripened the whole week I was gone in Oregon. It was so fragrant and just made to be the base for this satisfying meal. 

INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
1 or so cup frozen pineapple
1 or so cup of fresh chopped mango

Throw it all in the VitaMix and dinner is served. Should make about 30 oz.

WAFFLE MY WAFFLES

waffle my waffles

1 C raw sprouted buckwheat flour
1/4 C hemp protein 
1/4 C ground flax
1/4 C ground chia seed 
1/2 tsp sea salt
1-2 cups homemade almond milk or water-
use more or less liquid to achieve a thick consistency
Cinnamon to taste
Sweeten batter with stevia or agave- to taste

Pour into waffle iron, grizzle for 6-8 minutes on medium heat.
Serve with coconut butter, cashew butter, cacao butter
Sprankle with cinnamon,
& make it rain with bee pollen granules!

Make a wish and make it MAGICAL.
