Our recent haul from the market lasted 4 days at the hands of the Champion and VitaMix.
Some of the score from the fruit stand stop. I drank a quart of fresh navel orange juice while we were checking out. Couldn’t wait. Place was AWSM!
We scored here today. Florida is a fruit eaters paradise.
DO WORK

CONE VOLUTION

What seemed to be a crepe catastrophe proved to be a bountiful success this morning. You see initially we were supposed to serve these 100% fruit based crepes at a pop-up vegan market today in Denver, but after a few unexpected bumps in the road we had to alter our plans. So what did we do- we brunched! These crepes are just dehydrated bananas filled with an array of fruits, so simple, and so fantastic.
Still life stand off- sister style.
BASICALLY - BANANA BRUCH

Yesterday we brunched, banana style. I invited my non-vegan, non-fruit eating parents over for brunch and they left full, happy, and loving it! So here’s what we made:
Banana crepes- dehydrated banana puree for the crepe, filled with strawberries and bananas, topped with banana creme.
Fruitcake- crust of dates and shredded coconut, layered with bananas, kiwis, blueberries, strawberries, topped off with a little more crust loving crumble, and chilled overnight. This cake was out of control yummy!
And we drank many many glasses of the most delicious fresh oj the world has ever known. It was joy and merriment indeed!
WARRIORS GONE FRUITARIAN- DAY 1

Breakfast. I had a gigantic bowl of strawberries and a generous portion of fresh squeezed orange juice, my favorite lately! Brando had some super delicious frozen mango ice cream a la our new champion juicer aka best soft serve machine ever!!!

and of course BANANA ICE CREAM for lunch! Never ceases to blow our minds.
So we will be on this fruit venture for 30 days, but hopefully forever. Check back soon.. and remember questioning reality is a really important thing.
