Q:hello, would you mind sharing the recipe for that fig/date tart with the green apple? Thanks so much! :)

Hi. I wouldn’t mind sharing at all.

CRUST
Just see the energy balls recipe for this. It’s figs and flaxseed and such.

FILLING
Puree a few bananas with a little coconut oil and dates in your blender I also threw in some apple scraps that I had when I mandolined the apple. I formed the crust in the forms. Then I dolloped a little cream and started stacking the apples alternating and giving them a little push to really set them into place. Topped them with a dusting of cinnamon. They sat in the freezer for a few hours before I tried them. They cut so clean as you can see. We still have a little left so they last in the freezer nicely. Plan on making another batch soon.
